Spencer House Bed & Breakfast
Built as a wedding present in 1876, The Spencer House is a landmark Second Empire Victorian Home located on Erie’s historic Millionaires Row. From the moment you walk in the door you will see an architectural showpiece with detailed, handcrafted hardwood moldings throughout the house which became Erie’s first bed and breakfast in 1992. Spencer House is a convenient to the downtown area and the bayfront were you can find a number of great restaurants, experience the historic Warner Theater, see the view from the bicentennial tower, sail on the historic flagship Niagara or learn more about the maritime history of Lake Erie. Experience the fun side of Erie by visiting Waldameer Park and Waterworld, Splash Lagoon and Presque Isle State Park which are all a very short drive away. Presque Isle is known for its numerous biking and walking trails, award winning freshwater beaches, two lighthouses and a view of some of the finest sunsets you will ever see.
